5th generation. This machine links seamlessly to the Printshop App. It is no longer sold new. MakerBot Replicator+ If you have this newer MakerBot you need to import the saved Printshop file and then export to a file type that speaks to the newer printer software. It is easy to do, just takes an extra step. MakerBot Desktop Download and login to open all the files from the Printshop app in your MakerBot account. MakerBot Print If you have the Replicator+ you will need this download to save your file from the Printshop App. |

Usage Video Using the Printshop App Step 1: Open ShapeMaker, take a picture of your drawing, or upload an image from your iPad’s camera roll. Step 2: Scale and crop your image to get the desired shape, using the image balance slider to get it just right. Step 3: Save, 3D print, and share your file! your iPad is not connected to a printer wirelessly you need to login to your MakerBot Desktop program on a computer, open your library, export and save the print file as a .STL. If your computer is connected to the Replicator (5th generation) you can open MakerBot desktop program and print directly to the printer. If not, export the file to a USB drive and use the USB to print from the 3D Printer. If you have the Replicator+, you must import the PrintShop file back into the new MakerBot Print software.
